EAT & DRINK
At the Garden Table, we make everything in house using ingredients grown by our farm team or locally sourced from nearby farmers. We invite you to complete your meal with our house-roasted coffee, farm-raised “bean to bar” chocolate and a sampling of our organic Copalli Rums harvested, distilled, and bottled on the property.
PLAY
Copal Tree Lodge offers an array of culinary activities right on site: chocolate making, coffee cupping, cocktail mixology, distillery tours, and farm tours are all available. With the river running just below the lodge, guests can use complimentary kayaks and paddle boards to explore. The lodge also provides a full service spa and fitness center.

For the wandering history buff, visit a local Maya site, such as the captivating Nim Li Punit.
